Firstly, our Property Managers provide quick, friendly responses to any enquiries about your property and will promptly organise property inspections for prospective tenants. We have a careful tenant qualification and selection process. All our prospective tenants are thoroughly screened using our 5 stage screening process. All applications are processed within a maximum 24 hours to ensure no prospective tenants are lost.
- Identification – 100 points of ID required (driver’s license/passport/proof of age card/pensioner card/birth certificate/Medicare card/current bills).
- Income Verification – (current payslips/letter from employer/bank statement/centrelink statement/professional reference).
- National tenancy database search (TICA).
- Reference Checks – comprehensive tenancy history through previous agents and personal/professional reference checks.
- You have your final say – prospective tenants are approved or disapproved by you as the owner of the property. You have the final say – no questions asked. You will always be contacted prior to tenancy approval.
