How We Get The Best Tenants

Firstly, our Property Managers provide quick, friendly responses to any enquiries about your property and will promptly organise property inspections for prospective tenants. We have a careful tenant qualification and selection process. All our prospective tenants are thoroughly screened using our 5 stage screening process. All applications are processed within a maximum 24 hours to ensure no prospective tenants are lost.

  1. Identification – 100 points of ID required (driver’s license/passport/proof of age card/pensioner card/birth certificate/Medicare card/current bills).
  2. Income Verification – (current payslips/letter from employer/bank statement/centrelink statement/professional reference).
  3. National tenancy database search (TICA).
  4. Reference Checks – comprehensive tenancy history through previous agents and personal/professional reference checks.
  5. You have your final say – prospective tenants are approved or disapproved by you as the owner of the property. You have the final say – no questions asked. You will always be contacted prior to tenancy approval.
