Townsville Real Estate Market Recovering

Townsville house prices are recovering after a decade of declines. CoreLogic reports that the market in all suburbs for the 12 months to June 21 are showing upwards trend, and whilst the growth is behind the major centres it shows that still have some upside moving forward as our the number of houses for sales is around 20% less than in early 2020.  We believe Corelogic data below probably lags the actual market trend and the 6 months to the end of this (coming) December 2021 will be an overall guide to the market as we enjoy low-interest rates, relaxation of Bank credit standards, jobs growth and low unemployment.
